The Team
The Better Renting team works with partners in Wigan, Salford and across Greater Manchester to run the pilot project.
The team works closely with the funding body, The Nationwide Foundation, and is operated by The Dispute Service (TDS), which operates tenancy deposit schemes across the UK.

What do we do?
We are a free project here to help and support people who are renting out their homes who may struggle to keep up with complex regulations.
We are working with private rented sector landlords to better understand their experiences and create guidance and support for them.
Where do we work?
